Aircraft Hire

The Falcon Flying Group has a fleet of Piper PA-28 family aircraft available for private hire, whether you are building hours to help with your goal of becoming a commercial pilot, or you’d simply like to take family or friends out for a flight – talk to us.

Our currency for hire is six weeks, subject to fulfilling CAA requirements. Prior to the hire of any aircraft, you will need to successfully complete a check with one of our instructors, covering circuits, general handling and some emergency procedures.

Aircraft hire is charged on airborne time and dual time is charged from brakes off to brakes on.

Our aircraft are also available for overnight trips and for extended periods – please contact us for further details.

All prices are fully inclusive of VAT but may be subject to a fuel/landing surcharge. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Our fleet

Piper Archer

Our Piper Archer is a capable and affordable touring aircraft loved all over the world. With its fixed gear and 181 hp engine, it gives pilots the perfect step-up into a slightly faster single engine piston aircraft.

Piper Warrior

We also operate a number of Piper Warriors, maintained in-house these fantastic aircraft boast outstanding avionics and, along with our Piper Archer, are all available for trial lessons, flight training and private hire.

Tecnam P2006T

Falcon Flying Group can also conduct training in our Tecnam P2006T, which is a multi-engine aircraft that is fully instrument equipped.

Please Note: To hire our Tecnam, we require the PIC to have a minimum of 250 Hours MEP Total Time. All bookings are subject to availability.
